On September 23, Khenpo gave a speech at St. Augustine College of South Africa in Johannesburg, entitled “Awakening at the Present Moment”.

7. September 25, 2018, Zomba Central Prison / 9月25日，松巴中央监狱

In the morning of September 25, Khenpo visited the Zomba Central Prison and gave a speech to the inmates with the theme “A Sunshine State of Mind Dispels Depression”.

9月25日上午，堪布在松巴中央监狱，作了一场“心若向阳，无畏悲伤”的演讲。

8. September 25, 2018, Domasi College of Education / 9月25日，多马西教育学院

In the afternoon of September 25, Khenpo gave a speech at Domasi College of Education on “Happiness and Go Beyond”.

9月25日下午，堪布在多马西教育学院演讲，题为“你的快乐，从何而来”。

9. September 25, 2018, Blantyre Orphanage / 9月25日，布兰岱孤儿院

In the evening of September 25, Khenpo talked to an audience of young people entitled “Let Hardship Help Us Grow” in Blantyre Orphanage.

9月25日晚上，堪布为马拉维布兰岱孤儿院的师生，作了一场“苦难与成长”的演讲。

10. September 26, 2018, Chichiri Prison / 9月26日，史区里监狱

In the morning of September 26, Khenpo visited Chichiri prison where he delivered a speech to the inmates about how they could control their own lives.

11. September 26, 2018, Namindola Tribe / 9月26日，那米多拉部落

In the afternoon of September 26, Khenpo visited the Namindola Tribe, giving teachings and offering donations to the local people.

9月26日下午，堪布前往那米多拉部落，为当地部落民众进行佛法开示，并发放物资。

12. September 26, 2018, Mthuluwe Tribe / 9月26日，姆图鲁威部落

In the afternoon of September 26, Khenpo also visited the Mthuluwe Tribe, giving teachings and offering donations to the local people.

9月26日下午，堪布又前往姆图鲁威部落，为当地部落民众作了佛法开示，并发放物资。

Khenpo Sodargye spent 15 days on his African trip, and traveled to 4 different countries. During the trip, Khenpo visited 5 universities, 2 prisons, 2 orphanages, as well as 3 tribes, and gave 11 speeches and 4 Dharma teachings in total.

索达吉堪布此次出行非洲，15天去了4个国家。一共前往5个大学、2个监狱、2个孤儿院、3个非洲部落，共做了11场演讲和4场佛法开示。
