Daily Meditation Practice of Buddha Shakyamuni
Khenpo Sodargye Rinpoche will give a four-day teaching on Ju Mipham Rinpoche’s “Daily Meditation Practice of Buddha Shakyamuni”. The great Nyingma master Ju Mipham wrote in this teaching: “If we can visualize and make offerings to Buddha Shakyamuni, who is endowed with immeasurable good qualities, it equates with visualizing and making offerings to all the Tathagatas.”
It is known to all that through meditation, one can reduce stress, enhance memory, improve innovative thinking, etc. That is why meditation becomes more and more popular nowadays around the world. Then what is a proper way to meditate? How should we keep mediating in daily life?
Within this course, Khenpo Rinpoche will introduce us how to visualize the Buddha on a daily basis, a meditative practice that can be done anywhere and anytime by any levels of meditators. Also, the practice of Samatha and Vipassana by visualizing the Buddha will be introduced, through which one can eventually realize the true nature of mind.
